DentistBridge was founded by Julius Segersteen, a Swedish-trained dentist who graduated in Gothenburg and has worked as a dentist since January 2015. In September 2015, he moved to the Netherlands to continue his dental career, first working in Utrecht and later building his professional life in The Hague.
Today, Julius owns a dental clinic in The Hague and is also registered as a dentist in Belgium. This gives DentistBridge a unique position: we understand the journey of the relocating dentist, but also the needs, expectations, and challenges of clinic owners.
For several years, Julius worked in dental recruitment together with a partner, helping dentists from Sweden, Norway, Germany, and other European countries find opportunities in the Netherlands and Belgium. After seeing what dentists and clinics truly need, he decided to start DentistBridge with one clear goal: to offer a more personal, honest, and complete recruitment service.
When Julius first moved abroad, there was very little guidance. Registration, language, contracts, salary expectations, housing, and adapting to a new healthcare system all had to be figured out step by step. DentistBridge was created to make that journey easier for others.
We help dentists relocate with confidence and we help clinics find motivated, well-prepared professionals. Our role is not only to make an introduction, but to support a strong and successful cooperation from the first conversation to the first working day — and beyond.
